Hello Pilates peeps! We have been extremely busy this past month and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. We have added three new Methodology Apprentices who are ready and hungry to learn the art of Pilates! These apprentices are brand spanking new and need lots of practice, which means free sessions for our students! If you would like a complimentary private session, this month’s your chance. The only catch is you must have patience and be kind. 😉
Speaking of new, we have added a fantastic new teacher to the Methodology family. Jennifer Stroud is new to Dallas, but with almost 10 years of experience, she’s not so new to teaching Pilates. Jennifer completed her certification through Romana’s Pilates and trained with Romana Kryzanowska’s daughter. We are super excited to have her on the team and can’t wait for you all to work with her! Jennifer will be subbing on Easter Sunday, so if you are up for hopping into class, she’s got you covered.
The rest of the month is full of exciting events! For the past three years we have worked to get more involved with the community, teaching classes at Klyde Warren Park, Athleta and most recently the delectable Dallas Farmers Market. This new addition feels serendipitous, as I have started doing the majority of my grocery shopping there on Sunday mornings. We’ll be at The Shed Thursdays at 7 p.m. and would love to have our students join some Pilates newbies! Next up, we’re taking a trip to Fair Park in late April to teach some Pilates history and classes at this year’s Earth Day Texas. Can’t get enough Pilates Methodology love? You’ll find us at Dallas City Hall & Plaza sharing our love for Pilates at The Dallas Festival of Ideas on April 29th.
If there’s an opportunity for us to spread the good word of Joe Pilates, we’ll find it. Can’t wait to see you there!
